Mandy Oud

Mandy Oud is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly within the aviation and government industries. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Emirates since February 2020, Mandy focuses on people analytics, crew performance, and customer loyalty, while also supporting Skycargo with demand forecasting and booking curves analysis. Prior roles include positions as a Data Scientist at the Dutch Ministry of Internal Affairs, where IT ticket analysis was conducted, and as a Data Science Consultant with DIKW Intelligence, managing strategic projects for clients. With a solid educational background, Mandy holds a Master of Science in Methodology and Statistics in Psychology from Leiden University, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and professional certifications in data science and strategic business analytics.
