Reshma Vasan

Reshma Vasan is a loyalty business expert currently serving as the Head of Loyalty Product Design. With a strong understanding of business needs during digital transformation, Reshma specializes in building products that enhance company performance and implementing value-added processes. Previously, Reshma held various roles at Emirates, including Loyalty Product Implementation Manager and Manager - Product Design, where they managed multi-million dollar projects and the loyalty product lifecycle. Reshma began their career as a Support Executive at Express Print (Publishers) LLC and also worked at Mashreq Bank as a Service Desk Officer and Service Desk Manager. Reshma earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from KVG College of Engineering.
