Ruby D'Souza

Ruby D'Souza has over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Revenue Optimisation Analyst at Emirates since November 2003. Ruby has held various roles at the company, including Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Business Support Group Officer, Supervisor Revenue Optimisation, and Fare Auditor. Prior to Emirates, Ruby worked as a Quality Champion at Zenta from March 2003 to October 2003 and as a Customer Service Associate at WNS Global Services from October 2002 to March 2003. Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Xavier's College, completed in 2002.
