Sonia Ridley

Sonia Ridley is an experienced HR professional with a solid background spanning over two decades in various HR roles. From June 2010 to February 2018, Sonia served Emirates in multiple capacities, including HR Business Partner, HR Recruitment Coordinator, and HR Specialist, focusing on cabin crew recruitment and HR generalist support. Prior to this, from July 1996 to January 2002, Sonia was involved with British Airways as an HR Manager (Remuneration) and held other roles within the People & Organisation Support division, providing comprehensive HR services across the Middle East. Sonia Ridley is recognized for academic excellence, having been awarded a distinction by the Australian Human Resources Institute during the period of 2012 to 2013.
