Victor Bleoca

Victor Bleoca is an experienced professional in cargo revenue optimization and capacity control, currently serving as Vice President at Emirates since March 2012. In this role, Victor oversees inventory management and has taken on various responsibilities related to network safety and pricing controls. Prior to this, Victor held positions at S.C. CARPATAIR S.A., managing revenue systems and revenue management, where significant contributions included the implementation of a network-wide fare re-alignment process. Victor began a career in ticketing and translation, and possesses an extensive educational background with multiple certificates in revenue management and related fields, along with a graduate degree in law from Babes-Bolyai University and legal studies at Utrecht University.
