Wouter Rom Colthoff

Wouter Rom Colthoff is currently the Managing Director of Data, AI & Analytics at Emixa, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they gained extensive experience at SparkOptimus, progressing from Project Manager to Partner while working on numerous high-profile digital strategy projects. Wouter also held various positions at Stork, including Global Digital Program Manager and Bid Manager. They earned an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed pre-university education at Gymnasium Camphusianum.
