Founded by Jerome Scherr, the company has grown into a full service mechanical contractor with a general construction support group that provides construction and renovation expertise on all sizes of private and public projects. 

We provide all types of mechanical design/build and mechanical/electrical construction capabilities and offer pre-construction analysis, consultation, conceptual & plan and spec bid preparation.
