Mark Joseph

Mark Joseph is the Founder and Managing Partner of EMK Capital, where they oversee the management and strategic direction of the firm alongside Edmund Lazarus. With 30 years of experience in private equity investment and financial advisory across various sectors, Mark previously co-founded Oakley Capital Private Equity and served as Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, advising on over $60 billion in transactions, particularly in the European TMT sectors. Mark began their career as an Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers after earning a BA (Hons) in Economics from The University of Manchester.
