Daniel Burnett is the Founder and CEO of Theranova, LLC, a medical device incubator responsible for the creation of six venture-backed companies that collectively raised over $100 million. In addition to leadership roles at multiple startups, including RESPIRIX, EMKinetics, and Ethonova, Daniel serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, directing the Masters of Translational Medicine Program. Daniel's educational background includes an MD MBA from Duke University, an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
