Ben Bryant

Ben Bryant is an experienced strategic leader in Community Relations, External Affairs, Communications, Government Relations, and Social Performance, with a demonstrated history in the mining and metals industry. They have held roles such as Head of Social Performance for Australasian Operations at Newmont Corporation and have served as Managing Director at 5 Bears Pty Ltd. Ben's previous experience includes positions with Newcrest Mining and Mineral Resources Limited, where they developed and implemented community programs and stakeholder engagement strategies. They are currently an Associate Director at EMM Consulting Pty Limited, focusing on building social engagement and assessment capacity in Western Australia. Ben graduated from The University of Queensland and Swinburne University, and was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Gold Industry Group.
