Delyna Baxter, PhD, is an Associate Technical Lead in Heritage with extensive experience in cultural heritage, ethnography, and anthropology. Delyna has served as Project Lead at Rio Tinto from 2020 to 2023 and has held various roles, including Cultural Heritage Specialist at Powerlink Queensland and Research Coordinator at Tangentyere Council. Currently, Delyna is an Adjunct Research Fellow at Charles Darwin University and the Associate Technical Lead at EMM Consulting Pty Limited, while pursuing a Master of Applied Law at the University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology at the University of New England. Delyna's background also includes being a Senior Archaeologist at Everick Heritage and a Principal in Indigenous engagement at Hatch.
