Andrea Loya

Andrea Loya, MPH, is a Senior Clinical Data Manager at Emmes, focusing on clinical studies for the AIDS Malignancy Consortium across the US, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America since June 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Pan American Health Organization, where efforts centered on evaluating health system performance in Colombia, and a Project Planner position at Boston University School of Public Health, analyzing the relationship between income and physical health in Texas. Additional roles involved research on scleroderma at the CORT biomarker study, conducting community health assessments in Mexico, and fellowships at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and The University of Texas at El Paso, with work emphasizing tuberculosis and microbiology.
