Cathy Herzog

Cathy Herzog is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in global employee relations and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Employee Relations at Emmes since January 2023, Cathy has a rich history in various HR roles at Integer Holdings Corporation from 2005 to September 2022, including significant leadership positions in global compliance, human resources management, and compensation and staffing programs. Key achievements include building a comprehensive Ethics and Compliance program, overseeing HR functions for multiple facilities, and leading enterprise-wide compensation restructuring. Additional prior experience includes roles at Hodgson Russ LLP and Ahold USA. Cathy holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo and a degree in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University.
