Elaine Cabarcas has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and study start-up, with a career spanning over 15 years in the clinical research industry. Elaine currently serves as Senior Manager of Study Start Up at Emmes, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Elaine worked at VaxTrials as Regulatory Head from October 2020 to February 2025. Additional experience includes serving as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at bioaccess.™ CRO from August 2020 to August 2021, and as a Regulatory and Start Up Specialist 2 at Quintiles from March 2008 to June 2017. Elaine also held the position of Sr. Start Up Associate at ICON Clinical Research from June 2017 to January 2020.
