Jeffrey Boyle

Jeffrey Boyle has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in global total rewards and operations. Jeffrey is currently the SVP - Global Total Rewards & Operations at Emmes, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO & Founder of Global Total Rewards Advisors from 2020. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Head of Global Total Rewards at AMRI. Jeffrey has also held senior positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, Wachovia Securities, Lehman Brothers, GreenPoint Financial, Arrow Electronics, and American Express.

Jeffrey Boyle completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University between 1980 and 1984. Jeffrey later pursued an MBA in Management from Fordham Gabelli Graduate School of Business, which they obtained between 1989 and 1990.
