Jennifer Rice, BS, CIP, currently serves as the Director of IRB Operations for both the NIH All of Us Research Program and the NHLBI Clinical Data Sciences IRB at Emmes since February 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Manager of IRB Operations at Ethical & Independent Review Services from July 2021 to February 2022 and worked as an IRB Coordinator at Emmes from September 2019 to July 2021, overseeing the All of Us and Prime Review Board projects. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Research Protections Officer at Metro Health and various roles at Spectrum Health, such as Senior Compliance Analyst, IRB Program Supervisor, and Clinical Research Associate. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2009.
