Kushal D R has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and companies. Kushal is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at Emmes since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Engineering at YML from 2022 to 2023, where they drove innovation, led high-performing engineering teams, and contributed to new business opportunities. From 2018 to 2022, Kushal worked at Visionet Systems Inc. in roles such as Director of Engineering and Principal Architect, where they led product architecture team and spearheaded engineering initiatives. Kushal also served as an Architect at Altisource Labs from 2015 to 2018, where they conceptualized and architected Altisource Marketplace and omnichannel experiences. Before that, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Yodlee from 2013 to 2015, where they designed robust application framework and facilitated cross-functional collaboration. Kushal's career also includes roles such as Lead Development at Ness Technologies from 2011 to 2013, Software Specialist at EAFT Technologies from 2009 to 2011, and Software Engineer at Celstream Technologies Pvt Ltd from 2007 to 2009.
