Michael Ziolkowski

Michael Ziolkowski, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Government Finance & Accounting at Emmes since October 2023, after a decade-long tenure at EY, where roles progressed from Assurance Associate to Assurance Senior Manager. At EY, Michael managed multiple audit engagements, including those for major defense contractors and led significant implementations like ASC 606 for large aerospace and defense clients. Responsibilities included ensuring compliance with SOX 404, managing audit procedures for SPAC deals, and developing training for the Global Aerospace and Defense sector. Michael began the professional journey with internships at Ernst & Young and WTAS, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
