Mike Meadows

Mike Meadows has extensive work experience in the field of UX and design. Mike currently serves as the Director of UX & Design at Emmes, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to their current role, Mike was the Director, UX Engineering, North American Community Markets at Finastra from June 2018 to April 2023.

Before joining Finastra, Mike was the Vice President of User Experience Engineering at Malauzai Software Inc from December 2012 to January 2023. During their tenure, they led a team responsible for creating award-winning banking applications for iOS, Android, and web platforms. Mike also developed a highly customizable platform to represent the brands of their numerous clients.

In addition to their corporate roles, Mike has a background in freelance graphic design services. Mike worked as a Creative Specialist providing graphic design services from 1997 to January 2023.

Prior to their freelance work, Mike held positions at Yardi Systems, Inc./SiteStuff, Inc. as a Creative Specialist from August 2006 to November 2012. Mike was responsible for creative direction, website interfaces, mobile sales brochures, and HTML email design and coding.

Mike also worked as an Art Director at Celebrate Publications, Inc. from November 2005 to August 2006. Mike managed the writing, design, and advertisement fulfillment of an annual hardcover book aimed at the hospitality industry in greater Austin.

Before their transition into the UX and design field, Mike served as the Director of Graphics & Publications at Hill Country Bible Church from September 2004 to April 2005, and as the Director of Communications, Frontline at McLean Bible Church from 2000 to 2004.

Mike Meadows attended Robinson Highschool from 1994 to 1997. Mike then went on to study Computer Art & Design at Jacksonville University from 1997 to 2001.
