Shu Yang

Shu Yang is a statistical programmer currently employed at Emmes since July 2020, providing support for clinical trials, including the generation of ADaM documents and various programming tasks for sponsors. Prior experience includes serving as a data analyst at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG), where Shu led data-driven projects and executed advanced analyses using Medicaid data. Shu has also held positions as an assistant research analyst at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, focusing on multi-level mixed model data, and as an analyst intern at HSAG, where Shu manipulated Medicaid databases and automated reports using SAS. Earlier experience includes research and teaching assistant roles at the University at Buffalo, with a focus on supercritical fluid solubility and instruction in transport and separation processes. Shu holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Arizona State University and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University at Buffalo.
