Tia Johnson is an experienced project and program manager with a robust background in research administration and fiscal oversight. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Emmes since June 2020, Tia previously held multiple positions at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, including Senior Program Manager overseeing a $175 million Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program and Program Manager for a $30 million portfolio. Additional experience includes roles at MedStar Health Research Institute, CACI International Inc., Decypher, and Strategic Analysis Incorporated, focusing on grant management, budget development, and operational support. Tia holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Elon University.
