Beth Fitzpatrick

Beth Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in various roles within the non-profit and sustainability sectors. Beth is currently the Head of People & Operations and Company Secretary at Emmi, where they support the investment sector in managing financial risks associated with the global carbon transition. Prior to this, they worked as an Activator at SheEO™ and as the National Operations Lead at OzHarvest, where they guided strategic goals, collaborated with cross-industry partners, and delivered community and climate impact through food rescue and relief programs. Beth also served as an Event Producer and Event Manager at the City of Parramatta, where they produced major public events, implemented sustainable event principles, and developed charity partnership policies. Additionally, they participated in the Startmate Women's Fellowship, which aimed to empower women in the tech and venture capital ecosystem. Beth's diverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, project management, collaboration, and event production.

Beth Fitzpatrick completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History & Languages at the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing their MBA (Social Impact) at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they started in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2023.
