Geert Volmer

Geert Volmer is a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in asset management and performance analysis. Since August 2013, Geert has been employed at EMO BV, where responsibilities include developing asset maintenance plans, leading team-based improvement efforts, and overseeing project engineering for overhaul and new development projects. Previously, from January 2010 to July 2013 at Almatis, Geert focused on implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts and coordinating plant turnarounds. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Engineer and Service Engineer at Telesis from January 2008 to August 2009, involving repairs of marking equipment and storeroom management. Geert holds an MSc in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
