Dr. Akshay Kothari

Dr. (Capt) Akshay Kothari is a healthcare founder and former Indian Army doctor currently scaling a novel eldercare model while serving as the Founder of Faster Pharmacy, which provides fast doorstep medicine delivery. They also hold the position of Regional Head for West India at Emoha, managing the local profit and loss. Previously, Dr. Kothari worked as a Critical Care Physician at Ruby Hall Clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic and contributed significantly to Plum Telehealth, helping it grow from seed stage to a sizable company. As a co-founder of Everheal, they launched a pregnancy and postpartum care startup, securing $3 million in seed funding while overseeing clinical operations. Dr. Kothari obtained their MBBS from the Armed Forces Medical College and has extensive experience in military medical operations.
