EMOJ was born in 2017 as spin-off of the Polytechnic University of Marche in Italy, from the inspiration of five young researchers and a visionary businessman. The team aim is to transform the world of Customer Experience and become leader in customer-centric innovation by inspiring brands to create successful digital experiences to increase sales. Today EMOJ is one of the most 20 promising Italian startups per Unicredit Startlab and Bocconi University with 40 experts in Artificial Intelligence and strategies for the digital transformation in numerous business cases. More than 30 scientific papers about the facial coding technology and its applications are published on International Journal and Conference Proceedings.
