Joy Lyons

Joy Lyons is a Senior Vice President and the North America Head of Operations at Elavon, Inc. They previously served as the Senior Director of Deposits Customer Care Contact Center at Ally Bank from 2010 to 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP and Service Process Executive at Bank of America from 1998 to 2010. Joy earned a degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
