Nikki Ferrell has extensive experience in software development and programming, having worked in various roles since 1998. Beginning as a Senior Programmer at Infinity Insurance, Nikki focused on maintenance and enhancement of Cobol programs in a mainframe environment. Nikki continued to develop skills as a Consultant at CGI, where responsibilities included coding telecommunications software and assisting clients with technical issues. Following this, Nikki served as a Programmer II at Computer Sciences Corporation, analyzing customer requests and coding solutions in Cobol for the AS/400 platform. Since 2011, Nikki has been an Application Developer III at Elavon, Inc., leading offshore teams, coding credit card processing software, and mentoring new employees. Educationally, Nikki holds a Master of Science in Computer Systems and Software Design from Jacksonville State University.
