Nigel Spriggs

Nigel Spriggs is currently the Director of Employee Relations at Emonics LLC, having been recently promoted to this role. With over 30 years of experience, including more than 15 years in training across various industries, Nigel has a strong background in developing communication skills, soft skills, and voice training for professionals. In previous roles, such as Employee Relations Manager and Voice Coach, Nigel focused on enhancing employee experiences, addressing grievances, and coordinating training programs. Nigel is pursuing further education at Indira Gandhi National Open University.
