David Morrison

David Morrison, CCIM, has extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Principal at Emory Hill since January 2005, focusing on leasing, sales, development, consulting, and investment analysis. Prior to this role, David was the Executive Vice President at GHR Systems from January 2000 to January 2005, overseeing operations and sales software development. Earlier in David's career, a managerial role at Delmarva Power from January 1978 to January 2000 involved managing real estate holdings and overseeing property and right-of-way acquisitions. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Goldey-Beacom College.
