The Emotion Hygiene Alliance is a trauma-informed 501(C)(3) non-profit helping people get really good at feeling good through trainings and educational content; by training strategic partners from education, healthcare, and fitness in targeted aspects of our 5 | 15 | 5 Framework; and by providing the standards and best practices for the field. Our mission is helping leaders, schools, and caregivers foster social and emotional agency — helping people have power over how they feel and function.
