Maher Douss has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to supplier quality management and warranty chargeback leadership in the automotive industry.

Their most recent position was as the Head of Supplier Quality at Emotors, where they managed the supplier quality of parts for Electric Engine, Inverter, and Reducer. Maher also led the Supplier Quality Development team and aimed to produce 1 million Electric Engines in 2024 at the plant in Trémery.

Maher Douss began their education in 1984 at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis, where they pursued a degree in Electromechanical Engineering. Maher completed their studies in 1989, earning a Diplôme d'ingénieur in the field.

In 1990 to 1991, Maher attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. During this time, they pursued a DEA (Diplôme d'études Approfondies) in Robotics. Unfortunately, the specific field of study for this degree is not provided.

Continuing their academic journey, Maher enrolled in Université de Franche-Comté in 1992 and completed their studies in 1996. Maher successfully earned a Ph.D. in Robotics, specializing in Mechatronic Engineering, Robotics, and Automation.
