Sylvain Decoster is currently the responsable BE mécanique conception moyens industriels at Emotors, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they worked at Valeo from 2010 to 2025 in various roles, including R&D manager for mechatronics and validation, where they contributed to serial product development and new generation products. With a strong background in project management and R&D efficiency improvements, Sylvain has overseen diverse teams in developing innovative mass production projects. They hold a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, earned between 2003 and 2006.
