Jason Werner

Jason Werner is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Innovation at EMPACT Engineering since March 2023, Jason also holds the positions of Chief Technology Officer and Head of Operations at SAFE 2 SAVE, starting from January 2020. As the Founder and CEO of Qingdao Levo Technology from October 2015 until January 2024, Jason specialized in delivering custom-built software solutions for diverse sectors such as medical devices and real estate. Additionally, Jason contributed as a Product Consultant and Senior Software Engineer at Capsher Technology from October 2022 to April 2023 and has a history with Capsher Technology as a Senior Developer from May 2001 to September 2011. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
