Agmat Hendricks is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry, having held positions such as Sous Chef at TRUFFLE RESTAURANT LIMITED and Brahman Hills, as well as Head Chef at Compass Group. Agmat began their career as a Commis Chef at the Taj Hotel Cape Town before progressing through various roles, including Chef de Partie at The One and Only Hotel Cape Town and Senior Chef de Partie at The Vineyard Hotel. With a focus in Baking and Pastry Arts, Agmat holds a degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts from Trafalgar High.
