Charles Dauber is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Empact Technologies, which specializes in optimizing clean energy project tax incentives through a leading IRA management platform. Prior to this role, Dauber founded and led Warm Commerce, an industrial supply chain management startup, and served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at American Electric Technologies, Inc. Dauber's extensive experience includes senior leadership positions at Nevis Networks, Blue Coat Systems, and ClipShow, where contributions significantly enhanced company growth and valuation. Dauber began a professional journey in various sales and marketing roles at Teradyne, following the completion of a BBA in Electrical Engineering and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
