We envision a workforce where people managers are thriving. We disrupt the notion that being a manager has to be miserable. Common leadership frameworks are theoretical and impractical. They don't make work easier for anyone. Instead, they leave managers having to choose between caring for their people and taking care of the business.

We think managers are the core of every business. (Yep, yours too!) When people managers thrive, so does everyone else. When the management team is effective, the workforce can enjoy their work. Cue deep engagement, strong retention and epic results!

If we know a good manager is a key lever, why doesn’t everyone have one? Why haven't we solved this?

At Empact, we believe that people leaders can create organizations that balance impact and empathy. We develop management teams who know how to do both. We promise, it's easier than all the other stuff you're trying.

We empower managers to create impact through empathy.
