Susan Woods

Susan Woods, MD, DipABLM, MPH, is a founder and disruptor dedicated to enhancing community health through innovation, technology, and co-design. They served as an Investigator at the Maine Medical Center Research Institute from 1998 to 2007 and held various leadership roles, including Associate National Director of eHealth at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2009 to 2013. Currently, Susan serves as a Scientific Advisor at Empallo and a Food Is Health Ambassador at Fork Food Lab, while also advising organizations like Watermelon Pie and The Farmers' Truck. They are involved in academia as an Associate Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and were the Founder and CEO of Generated Health from 2021 to 2023. Educationally, Susan is pursuing a Master of Public Health and an MD at Oregon Health & Science University, while also engaging in programs focused on Medical Informatics and Primary Care.
