Michel Post

Michel Post has extensive experience in talent development and career coaching, currently serving as Ontwikkelcoach Hout, Metaal, Montage en Magazijn at Empatec NV since January 2021, where also holds the role of Coördinator instroom leerlijnen Hout, Metaal, Montage en Magazijn. Prior to this, Michel worked at Randstad Groep Nederland as Intercedent from October 2016 to March 2021, focusing on discovering individual talents and motivations. Michel's career began with a position as a Machineoperator at Huhtamaki Nederland B.V. from January 2007 to October 2016. Additional experience includes an HR development internship at Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw and an HR medewerker internship at GGZ Friesland. Michel obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from NHL Hogeschool between 2012 and 2015.
