Kyle Christensen is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and engineering management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Empath and Founder of K7 Leadership, Kyle emphasizes the critical role of leadership decisions on organizational success. With a background that includes membership on the Board of Advisors for Compliance Scorecard and Cognition360, Kyle has also held executive roles, such as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Sierra Pacific Group, where the focus is on enhancing business efficiency for technology leaders. Previous positions include Director of Engineering at FIT Solutions and Director of Service at PACT-ONE Solutions, alongside early career experience as Regional Manager for Geek Squad. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
