Dr. Joel Mier

Dr. Joel Mier is an accomplished educator, speaker, advisor, and consultant currently serving as a Lecturer in Marketing and Program Director for the Bench Top Innovation Program at the University of Richmond, where they guide students in launching their own consumer packaged food businesses. Dr. Mier also holds roles as a Strategic Advisor for multiple organizations and has previously held positions such as Director of Marketing at Netflix and Vice President of Global Consumer Insights at Genworth Financial. In addition to their advisory roles, they serve as a mentor for various startups and initiatives, emphasizing innovation and entrepreneurship.
