Stephen Rust is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insight, marketing strategy, and brand development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Empathy Connects since May 2020, Stephen focuses on helping brands understand consumer behavior. Previously, Stephen held the position of Joint Managing Director at The Visualise Group and served as Managing Director at engage, specializing in shopper marketing and customer management. Stephen's career also includes leadership roles at eircom, Kerry Group, Diageo, and ACNielsen, where expertise in market research and category marketing contributed to significant business growth. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Marketing Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University College Dublin.
