Molly Escobar

Molly Escobar is a seasoned professional in the care and member experience fields with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Care Experience at Empathy since April 2024, Escobar also holds the position of Member Experience Manager at Cleo since April 2019, along with responsibilities as a Family Guide. As the CEO and Founder of Doulamee LLC since 2017, Escobar created the Birthing and Beyond Education Portal. Prior experience includes serving as Homecare Manager at Hired Hands Homecare, where recruitment and team management for end-of-life care were key responsibilities, and as Funeral Arranger at the Neptune Society of Northern California, overseeing the arrangement of memorial services.
