Or Peretz has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as Head of the Israeli Delegation & Art Insturctor at Camp Alonim in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Counselor at Aardvark Israel, as well as an Assistant to the CEO from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Sales Development Representative at Commerce Sciences from 2015 to 2016, and a Content and Marketing Manager at Vacance Tourism from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2021, Or worked at WeWork in various roles, including Associate Product Manager, Manager, Global Technology Operations, Technology Operations Lead, and Community Associate. Or is currently working as a Product Manager at Empathy.

Or Peretz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and Arts from Tel Aviv University between 2013 and 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from Product School.
