Rossella Faedo is a seasoned human resources professional with a robust background in people operations and training. Currently serving as a Sr. People Operations Specialist at Empatica since December 2022, Rossella previously worked as a Training Specialist at Zambon and as an HR Specialist focusing on talent management and organizational development at Novartis. Rossella's career began with an internship at Per Formare in 2015.
