Susanna Purisiol

Susanna Purisiol is a dedicated People & Culture Specialist at Empatica since April 2021, providing key HR support to managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle across USA and EU operations. Prior to this role, Susanna held positions including Jr. People Operations Specialist at DLL and Junior HR Business Partner, as well as an internship in the Human Resources Department at ICS International School Milan. Susanna's experience also encompasses teaching roles, including as a Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher and an English Second Language Teacher. Academically, Susanna holds an Extended Master's degree in Human Resources Studies from Tilburg University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sigmund Freud University Milan, and a High School Diploma from Liceo Artistico Umberto Boccioni Milan, complemented by an exchange year at Wynberg Girls' High School.
