David Padilla is the Co-founder and CEO of Kenjo, where they focus on reinventing work practices to address the complexities of the modern business environment. They have been with Kenjo since 2018 and are also a Partner at The Delta, a venture studio supporting startups across multiple cities. Prior to these roles, David held various positions at DeinDeal AG and co-founded EMPAUA, Europe's only Salesforce for Startups partner, where they embrace Holacracy in their operations. David completed an HND in Software Development at Jewel & Esk College between 2005 and 2007.
