Sourav Das

Sourav Das has a diverse work experience in the field of technical business analysis and ERP consulting. In 2023, they joined Empaxis Data Management, Inc. as a Technical Business Analyst. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they worked at Genpact, where they served as an ORACLE ERP Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant. During their time at Genpact, they closely collaborated with clients to create and implement business logics in the system, manage employee datasets, and automate exit and onboarding processes through PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, and Functions. Before joining Genpact, Sourav worked as a Software Engineer at Eastern Software Systems from June 2021 to October 2021. In this role, they were part of the Oracle ADF team and contributed to the development and enhancement of Ebizframe ERP applications by creating business logics based on client requirements. Prior to that, from February 2021 to July 2021, Sourav had an internship at Genpact, where they gained experience as an ORACLE APPS EBS R12 Cloud Intern. During this internship, they worked on the implementation of the "HR Hiring to Retire Process" project and performed data migration using stored procedures, functions, and database triggers.

Sourav Das completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Manav Rachna Educational Institutions from 2016 to 2019. Sourav then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree specializing in Java Development and Database Development from the same educational institution from 2019 to 2021.
