Bryn Saunders

Bryn Saunders is the Chief Engineer at Empel Systems, where they apply their expertise in mechanical and composite engineering. With a strong background in electric powertrains and experience as a Principal Engineer at Integral Powertrain, Bryn has led design projects focused on lightweight power-dense machines. They previously held positions at Mixtec and DCD Group, managing blade production and ensuring quality control in manufacturing processes. Bryn earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
