Emperia Holding SA (Emperia) is a Poland-based joint stock company engaged in the provision of company holding services. The Company divides its business into three segments: wholesale trade, retail trade, and others.The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retailing and wholesaling, retail franchising and franchise chain management, property development, the provision of software related services, as well as information technology (IT) services. The Company is an owner of operators of such supermarket chains as Stokrotka, Delima and Spolem Tychy. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned 13 subsidiaries, including Stokrotka Sp z o.o., Infinite Sp. z o.o., Elpro Ekon Sp. z o.o. SKA, Maro Markety Sp. z o.o., Spolem Tychy Sp. z o.o. and Emporio Info Sp. z o.o.
