Stephen Young is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in human capital consulting and organizational research. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at Empida and Founder and CEO of Culture AI Solutions Ltd since February 2024, Stephen Young's firm specializes in culture, change management, employee experience, and analytics. With over 15 years at WTW in various senior roles including Strategic Advisor for Artificial Intelligence and Global Practice Director for Employee Insights, Stephen Young has significant experience advising at board and senior HR levels on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Prior to these roles, Stephen Young was the Executive Director at ISR and a Research Consultant at Mulberry Research & Consulting. Academic credentials include a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Environmental Psychology from the University of Surrey, and a BSc in Psychology from The University of Sheffield.
